Idaho Power — located in vibrant Boise, Idaho — is looking for a Supply Chain Services Manager to join our Corporate Services & Communications team. It’s an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. While this position is based at Idaho Power’s Boise location, we offer both flexible schedules and the opportunity to work up to 40% remote.
What does a Supply Chain Services Manager do for us?
They oversee strategic activities for the entire Materials Services operation, including the material warehousing, distribution, inventory, and data analytics teams. They ensure inventory control, systems support, warehouse transaction process accuracy, and productivity to achieve company goals and initiatives. They develop strong working relationships with internal customers and contractors to assure enterprise-wide quality and service targets are met. They set goals and objectives for the team, manage department budgets, and oversee staff development.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time. It requires the use of office equipment, fine motor skills including typing on the computer, dialing phones, filing paper, and working in close proximity to other people. There may be occasional lifts of no more than 25 lbs. The above is a summary of the primary essential functions of the position. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Complete DOT PHMSA 49 CFR Part 172 required hazardous materials employee training.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Job will require regular travel each month within the IPC service territory with occasional overnight stays. Some travel outside of the service territory will also be required.
