Job Summary:

• Lead the S/4HANA FICO global template rollout and improve existing SAP FICO processes across all global regions.
• Ensure robust design, integration, and performance of FICO modules while supporting business units with technical expertise.
• Provide leadership for global ERP programs and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead S/4HANA FICO implementation, migration, and optimization projects globally (NA, EMEA, LA, APAC).
• Conduct Fit-To-Template workshops and end-user training sessions.
• Analyze deviations and recommend system and process design changes.
• Support system testing, data migration, cutover activities, and hypercare post go-live.
• Act as the subject matter expert in FICO design and integration with other modules and external systems.
• Manage finance-related IT projects and teams globally.
• Support and resolve problems and incidents related to FICO processes and configurations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business teams and other IT units for seamless system integration.
• Draft functional specifications and oversee technical implementation with external vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Informatics.
• 15 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling within global enterprises.
• 10+ years of SAP FICO module hands-on experience.
• Experience managing international SAP ERP rollouts across multiple regions.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cross-module integration, and account determination.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP BI, SAP BTP, and cross-SAP modules.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards.
• Experience working with external vendors such as Cognizant and Accenture.
• Project management skills and experience in Fit-Gap analysis and issue resolution.
