Job Description

Job Summary

    As a Marketing Support Lead, you will play a vital role in our organization's pursuit of revenue goals by providing comprehensive support to our dynamic sales and client services teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks crafted to streamline operations, improve client interactions, and give to the overall success of our business.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Build meticulously crafted proposals, contracts, and savings opportunity deliverables to assist our sales team in optimally communicating our offerings to clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and comprehensive responses to Requests For Information (RFI) and Requests For Proposal (RFP) documents, ensuring our offerings align with client needs.
    • Take the lead in planning, coordinating, and implementing all logistics related to tradeshows and events, ensuring our presence is impactful and memorable.
    • Assist the Sales and Client Services teams in crafting high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and other materials that optimally convey our value propositions.
    • Play a pivotal role in handling and coordinating data for our Business Development team, ensuring they have access to accurate and up-to-date information to drive growth.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Team lead or equivalent leadership experience

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $74,500 - $88,500 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
