Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and data-driven strategies? We are currently seeking a Strategy Realization Manager to support our Commercial Operations Leader and Hungary Leadership Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our marketing and operations effort, driving change and innovation in Hungary.

 

Responsibilities 

• Serve as a strategic partner reporting to the Commercial Operations Leader driving the success of the company as a commercial organization.
• Collaborate to support the Commercial Operations Leader in strategic commercial and organizational projects.
• Act as a change agent, managing and coordinating key initiatives across Business Units and functions, including fostering an agile mindset for Digital Data & Learning Department
• Break down silos and harmonize processes across the organization on commercial initiatives and customers
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic projects, company meetings, and initiatives.
• Proactively identify and implement key projects for the Hungary market related to growth and organizational development.
• Lead and ensure company meetings and projects align with organizational priorities and are completed on time, with clear objectives, within scope, and on budget including cycle meetings, regional exchange meetings, quarterly business reviews, OKR reviews, L3Next reviews
• Monitor the health of strategic initiatives, proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team, Executive Assistant, and stakeholders to facilitate business-critical meetings, connections, and resolve issues promptly.
• Partner with Sales Leads, Franchise Leads, and Business Unit Directors to develop and implement commercial strategic projects and trainings
• Enhance Field Force and Marketing Excellence by identifying development needs for future success and addressing them collaboratively with Sales Leads, Franchise Leads, and Business Unit Directors.
• Support commercial leaders in fostering an entrepreneurial, competitive, and execution-focused mindset within the Field Force.

Qualifications and skills

• A business-related master’s degree and above.
• Strong team player with excellent networking skills
• Experience in leading cross-functional strategic projects.
• Successful project management and execution experience, with a capability to create order and simplicity out of complex situations.
• Critical thinker with an innovative mindset
• Proven ability to drive desired change and mindset, proven track record of change agency
• Intellectual curiosity, used to keep up with industry and business trends.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English
• Expertise in agile work methodologies
• Experience in organizational development
• Change agent
