Job Description​

The Medical Informatics Liaison serves as an EHR optimization resource for providers in the health system. In collaboration with information services resources medical staff leaders entity leaders and quality resources the liaison serves as a source of knowledge and support to providers who are in need of assistance in utilizing the EHR at the highest level. Based upon a strong comprehension of EHR features and functions liaisons are expected to facilitate optimization requests that may require changes to system configuration and function and to serve as a champion of the benefits of EHR utilization in a modern health care organization.
