Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to enhance business processes and applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications using Business Process Management (BPM) tools. - Configure and customize BPM applications to meet specific business needs. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BPM technology. - Identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks in application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM), BPM Strategy & Solutions. - Strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing BPM solutions. - Knowledge of BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Pega, or Appian. - Hands-on experience in developing and configuring BPM applications. - Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and other process modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM). - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
