This is a full-time role based in Bentonville, Arkansas, in-office 5 days per week.
Do you want to help lead the way in redefining how customers shop online? Join the Walmart eCommerce Item Experience team! Our team’s mission is to build exciting shopping experiences that attract attention and connect with customers. As a Director, Technology Operations Connected Experiences, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the Item Experience.
A Director of Connected Experiences on the Item Experience team will be responsible for connecting marketing, events and strategic merchandising experiences on our item and list pages. This role will work with many internal partners like merchant, product, engineering, and UX design to build engaging shopping experience on our item page and item list pages. This role will study performance analytics, market trends, competitor experiences, and customer insights to explore ways we can improve or add to the customer experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
