As a Director of Systems on the Glass Doctor team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Evaluate and optimize current systems and training practices to ensure uniformity and best practices.

  • Collaborate with top franchisees and other Brands to develop and implement innovative systems.

  • Design and manage reporting tools to track progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement tools and strategies to boost sales, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency for franchisees.

  • Manage and update pricing models, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

  • Lead and manage projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.

  • Lead Point of Sale development and network migration and successful implementation.

  • Identify best practices around customer engagement through all channels, and lead development and successful implementation.

  • Create training materials and provide coaching to Franchise Business Coaches.

  • Generate reports and data visualizations to inform leadership decision-making.

  • Provide field support to Franchise Business Coaches as needed.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: Five (5) + years of verifiable experience in a similar role within a similar organization or industry.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
