Your New Role

As a Subscriber Growth & Media (Acquisition) Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing. You will work closely with the various marketing functions to support brand launch, performance marketing campaigns, social media management, partnerships marketing and more. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a real-world setting.  

 

Our team plays a critical role in driving growth for the Streaming business, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join us. You will be supporting the following marketing function:  

  • Subscriber Growth & Media (Acquisition) – Responsible for media strategy that focuses on achieving measurable results to ultimately drive business growth. This involves the use of various digital marketing channels to drive specific actions, such as clicks, installs and subscribe. Leveraging data analytics, it allows the team to optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring that budgets are spent effectively.  

 

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Support in the planning and execution of campaigns and events by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to gather necessary materials, information and getting timely approvals on assets 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure titles, copies and localizations are aligned, delivered and went live according to the different campaign phases 

  • Support in managing content calendar.   

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and coordinating meetings and follow-ups.   

  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.  

  • Track and analyse post campaign performance and generate reports to identify trends, patterns and area for improvement.  

  • Stay up to date with the latest social trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.  

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.  

  • Good to have - passion in entertainment and pop culture, follows industry trend and engaged with our content / product.
