Summary: As a Solution Architect in Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions that align with the organization's goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable and robust solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that align with the organization's goals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - Provide Support Model definition including RACI and hand over to service teams and 3rd party support provider. - Provide guidance on the Information Security aspects of the platform and complete the security assessment in collaboration with the Mars DT InfoSec team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Solution Architecture. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Packaged Application Development. - Work in partnership with our Enterprise Architecture team to complete all required steps to validate the new platform integration in our applications landscape (Example; Architecture diagram, Code quality verification, Code migration process across our landscape, Data Encryption, backup/restore, disaster recovery…) - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and robust solutions. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. - Experience in developing technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. - Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Consumer Cloud Knowledge will be helpful. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture and Packaged Application Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
