Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various project components to ensure that the software solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, developing application features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Continuous evaluation and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously update technical documentation to reflect changes and improvements in applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Experience in application design and configuration within low-code development platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integrating applications with various data sources and external systems.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
