1. Pull, record and calculate monthly data on aircraft maintenance activity
2. Record and update revenue for Part 145
3. To follow up on quotation acceptance with customer (Third Parties)
4. Issue quotation and invoice to customer (Third Parties and/or Tool Loan)
5. Assists in new customer registration creation
6. Participate in Annual Financial Audit upon request
7. Assists Part 145 with Procurement Process (AMOS System)
8. Work closely with engineering, procurement and operations teams to align monthly financial goals.
9. Assists Finance Department in AP & AR Process
10. Handling customer / vendor queries on invoices, payment, net-off and reconciliation
11. Develop and manage budgets for ensuring cost efficiency and financial integrity
Requirements
1. Experience in any role in Finance, Procurement, Aviation, is an added advantage
2. Proficiency in financial software such as Excel, Google Sheet, Oracle, AMOS etc is an added
advantage
3. Able to work under time pressure
4. Excellent in analytical and problem solving skills.
