Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realizes expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice…), realize inventories, inform internal Customers about the stocks.Main Accountabilities 1. Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders. 2. Realize expeditions and respect of contractual commitments towards Customers. 3. Acknowledges return flow. 4. Answer on site Customer. 5. Provide internal customers with information & data to given visibility on the process from order to invoice. Differentiating Criteria 1. Process and load orders 2. Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise 3. Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts 4. Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks 5. Record flow information of materials and products by viewing and inputting information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), SAP, or other database.
