How you will do it

Working location: Dalian (DBC)

Reporting to: Accounting Controller, China

Subordinate: Nil

Roles & Responsibilities

Closely work with Business Centers, Business Finance, Business and other related parties on China’s day-to-day accounting matters, including:

Lead month-end closing process and drive on-time and quality closure Review financial result for the region Review account reconciliations and enhance quality of balance sheet Execute compliance with policies & procedures and enhance control environment for Controllership reviews and key focus areas Drive Continuous Improvement of E2E process with Business Impact Support Business project from financial and accounting prospective

What we look for

6 – 10 years in complex finance/controlling roles in US or other foreign company or in an accounting firm Audit and controlling background preferred Experience of leadership role in shared service center is preferred Business revel English is mandatory Advanced Excel skill and Power Point Experienced with MS-Office, ERPs (SAP, iScala, Oracle) and OneStream  Leadership and project management experience required Team player with good communication skills across all levels of the organization University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent required
