Introduction

The Pack department is responsible for the correct packaging of materials and sending of deliveries with associated side activities that are sent to suppliers or customers.

Education
-MBO level 3 or 4 
-Holds a valid EPT Certificate (required for start).
-VGB request ( required for start ) LVM training request after receiving VGB

Experience
-Several (min 2) years’ experience within logistics and or production; 

-SAP experience

-Knowledge about 5S and Lean principles

-Cleanroom experience is a pre

-Heftruck certificate is a pre

-Hoisting and lifting is a pre

-Word, Excel and powerpoint is a pre
-Experience with quality is a pre

Skills

Operator at Pack is responsible for carefully packing materials and correctly processing bookings in SAP.

the employee ensures that all shipments are processed on time and accurately according to procedures and quality standards.

Checking materials for quality and completeness before packing

Packing goods carefully and efficiently according to internal guidelines and customer requirements

Labeling of packed materials

Signaling and reporting deviations or damaged products

Booking of materials in SAP

Checking packaging instructions in SAP.

We expect employees to work accurately, be able to work independently, have a proactive attitude when learning new processes, work together with colleagues and support each other, be stress-resistant during busy times, be able to respond quickly to problems or issues on the floor, be open to feedback and then learn from it, be flexible and be prepared to perform various tasks.

Other information

-During working times the employee needs to wear Asml clothes. 

-If you need to work in the cleanroom you needs to wear a cleanroom suit.

-The candidate may need to follow several courses. 

-In case your candidate has no EPT Certificate; we expect you, as a supplier, to arrange this and provide a copy asap when your candidate has been selected!
-The employee will work in a support schedule.

-This will be determined when the employee starts at ASML.

-The shift schedule can change in time; flexibility from the candidate is required.
-When employees work in shifts they will receive allowance.
-We expect you, as supplier, to completely inform your candidates about the job description and the work conditions. E.g. shift work, warehouse agreements ( douane access ) and the holiday schedule.
-Enclose a personal motivation from the candidate for this position. If not enclosed, your candidate will be rejected.

Support schedule:

( morning shift 06:30 – 15:30 / evening shift 15:00 – 00:00 / per 4 weeks weekend shift Sa and Su 07:00 – 16:00 )
