Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable data product solutions on the AWS platform while ensuring good governance practices. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for crafting robust data architectures that meet the needs of our organization and clients, driving innovation, efficiency, and reliability in our data solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Architect and design scalable data solutions on AWS to support various data product initiatives. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data architecture designs. 3. Develop and maintain data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. 4. Design and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes to support efficient data workflows and analytics. 5. Implement data management strategies for structured and unstructured data, including data partitioning, indexing, and optimization techniques. 6. Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data architecture capabilities and drive innovation. 7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers, analysts, and other team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development. 8. Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, cloud computing, and big data analytics. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development using AWS. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in database design and development using SQL or other database technologies. - Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of software testing and quality assurance principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
