Take visible and active leadership roles in shaping recruiting strategies across the organization.
Collaborate proactively with owners of recruiting processes, business partners, and stakeholders to identify and implement necessary changes.
Lead cross-functional point of view development related to recruiting data, metrics, visuals, deliverables, takeaways, and strategies company-wide.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making strategic decisions and driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
Design and effectively communicate very high-complexity data analyses, research studies, and measurement frameworks.
Provide distilled, actionable insights for stakeholders by connecting research/analytics findings to broader recruiting context and objectives.
Hold deep understanding of technical discipline, including current-state best practices and emergent trends in Recruiting and broader Analytics areas.
Strategy & Roadmap: Build and execute a multi-year roadmap for Recruiting analytics, moving the organization from reactive reporting to predictive modeling and proactive insights.
Performance Metrics: Define and track "north star" metrics (e.g., Quality of Hire, Lifetime Value of Hire, Source Effectiveness etc) and build an appropriate suite of dashboards and/or proactively surfaced insights.
Process Optimization: Conduct deep-dive audits of the recruiting lifecycle to identify areas impacting data and insight quality and integrity.
Organize cross functional teams when appropriate to ensure necessary skills are available, responsibilities are clear, and requirements are met.

Evaluate new work for strategic alignment and prioritize based on long-term impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Optimize resource allocation for maximum benefit while aligning all requests with Recruiting or Company vision
Degree in Data Science, IO Psychology, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, research, or related field
3+ years in leadership roles with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical techniques
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience with large-scale data analysis and measurement framework development
Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex findings to executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels
Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision
Advanced degree in relevant field
Experience in high-growth technology companies
Knowledge of HR information systems and people analytics platforms
Published research or thought leadership in people analytics space
Certification in relevant analytics or research methodologies
