Ce que nous recherchons

  • Démontrer des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de vente et d'assistance pour Cloud Contact Center, ce qui a permis de nouer de précieux partenariats

  • Avoir de l'expérience en matière de leadership dans la formation d'autres personnes avec des démonstrations de produits et services, des guides de vente et du matériel d'apprentissage

  • Maîtriser le français écrit et parlé selon la norme d'un locuteur natif

  • Posséder une expertise significative dans les opérations et la gestion des centres de contact dans le cloud

  • Vous avez de l'expérience avec Salesforce CRM, ainsi que Dynamics, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator et DiscoverOrg



What you can expect

As an Account Executive, your task is to sell our CX platform to French companies with 250+ employees. The platform utilizes AI to provide personalized, prescriptive, and proactive journeys - ultimately helping customers improve their experiences.


About the Team

Zoom offers video conferencing, webinars, and chat as a global leader in video communications. Our goal is to enable seamless communication and simulate in-person remote collaboration globally

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate exceptional sales and support skills for Cloud Contact Center resulting in valuable partnerships

  • Have leadership experience in training others with product/service demos, sales guides, and learning materials

  • Be fluent in written and spoken French to a native speaker standard

  • Possess significant expertise in Cloud Contact Center operations and management

  • Have Salesforce CRM experience, as well as Dynamics, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, DiscoverOrg
