As an Incentive Compensation Analyst, you will develop sales goals for commercial teams, using sales goals methodology to maintain our sales incentive compensation plans.

Our team of three works from the Hoofddorp office in the Netherlands. We use Anaplan as our incentive compensation tool. We work from Hoofddorp office in the Netherlands, however we can hire you in a country where we have an entity which is the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Czech or France.

In this role:

  • You will assist with projects for coverage and capacity models. You will create balanced territories to maximise face-to-face coverage for optimal relationship development.
  • You will apply internal goaling methodology to ensure that goal setting is appropriate for each sales territory and aligned to achieve the Company’s business objectives.
  • You will model incentive compensation for sales.
  • You will ensure accurate and timely payment of sales compensation using Anaplan.
  • You will partner with stakeholders in Commercial, HR, Sales Analytics and other teams to design and roll out compensation plan strategy and design.
  • You will communicate with commercial managers on plan changes, goal reviews and performance outcomes.
  • You will have exposure to the global approach and strategy.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • You have worked in a similar role or a role in data analytics.
  • You are proficient with Anaplan or other SQL-based tools and have an interest in learning how to work with Anaplan.
  • You have solid analytical skills.
  • You are meticulously attentive to details.
  • You are good at building relationships and influencing without authority.
  • You communicate well both in writing and verbally and can easily present and explain business requirements to all audiences.
  • You are a self-starter and can work in a virtual team and independently.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • You will demonstrate organizational sensitivity, ensuring alignment with the company culture, values, and dynamics.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions to enhance processes.
  • You are solutions-oriented and approach challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • You excel in communicating with various stakeholders across different levels and departments, adapting your style to the audience.
  • You have proven experience in quickly ramping up in new roles, delivering results within a short timeframe.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
