GENERAL SCOPE:
Highly competent, detail-oriented and strategic professional who understands and embraces the company’s mission and will provide excellence in responsiveness and understanding.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet / exceed expected sales goals and expectations customer-centric and understands the importance of creating an exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression. Identify customer needs and provide styling options and tips possesses a strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, both as an individual and as a member of the store team. Abide by all store policies and procedures. Embody and represent the VICI brand. Maintain sales floor cleanliness at all times. Ensure proper sales floor product representation of visual standards and replenishment. Maintain sense of urgency at all times. Follow “VICI five-star service expectations.” Excellent customer service skills This role will be constantly busy; finding the next way to add value. Ability to work well under minimal supervision. A go-getter. Positive and can-do attitude is a must!
5-star service expectations:
Ensure all customers are greeted with “Welcome to VICI” Ask customer if they are shopping for anything special? Offer suggestions and pull ideas from the racks, Exchange names, start the customer a room, and consistently attending to them Building and finishing up a sale graciously thanking the customer and reminding them to come back soon.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Standing for long periods of time, heavy customer contact and lifting up to 25 lbs.
