Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing innovative business processes. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with diverse stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will also conduct user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, enabling the effective implementation of new technologies and process enhancements. Roles & Responsibilities: • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA MM Materials Management. • Provide solutions to issues impacting multiple teams, collaborate across functions, and actively contribute to key decision-making while being accountable for team-level outcomes. • Apply strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. • Lead workshops and meetings to collect insights and stakeholder feedback. • Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes and requirements . Professional & Technical Skills: • Proficiency in S/4HANA SAP MM Materials Management. • Experience with data migration and cutover activities. • Knowledge of product sourcing, central procurement, and vendor evaluation. • Hands-on experience with core P2P processes, master data, transaction data, and special scenarios such as consignment, subcontracting, and STO (Inter/Intra-Company). • Strong understanding of inventory management processes, including inbound/outbound activities, internal movements, STOs, and physical inventory. • Exposure to advanced functionalities such as product sourcing, central procurement, supplier evaluation, and embedded analytics. • Skilled in process mapping and documentation methodologies. • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and manage cross-functional interactions. • Familiarity with project management practices to support timely project execution Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
