Main responsibility and accountability:

  • Plan, run and measure machines demonstrations to support all activities in the Center, including customer tests, CoroPak, training, events, customer visits, sales and marketing support.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct technical and economic training courses for direct and distributors’ customers, internal employees, and distributors’ employees. To create and conduct training activities, with our customers, business partners (distributors, MTMs, CAM editors…) and schools, in the center or on-site.
  • Ensure communication of the training program through relevant channels.
  • Perform conferences and seminars on technical subjects for customers, associations, technical schools and universities, to promote our brand values and state of the art metalworking knowledge.
  • Perform seminar, mini class on technical subjects and Coromant products through company social media regularly.
  • Cooperates with product specialists for advanced trainings and support any training organized by other departments.
  • Collects data related to customer values and needs, competition landscape, field test management.
  • Support for budget definition and follow-up within the Center /training scope.
  • Involve in developing partnership with CAM suppliers and industrial alliance.
  • Actively Take responsibility of Center 5S activities
  • Involve in center related EHS management.
  • Collaboration with IT for DLM related problems.
  • Support the CoroPak introductions (customer CP, open house, films, demos, display tools)
  • Collaboration with Marketing Specialist for product display and event.
  • Defining a yearly training calendar for the dedicated center
  • Maintain and analyze center data in powerBI system.
  • Managing all the assets in dedicated center and plan yearly maintenance for all the machines in center.

  • Strong knowledge of tools and metalworking
  • Be able to operate and program CNC machine, 5-axis multitask machine is preferred.
  • Be familiar with CAM/CNC programing, Mastercam or UG is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of CNC simulation is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of FANUC or Siemens system is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of aerospace industrial components manufacturing is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Sandvik Coromant tools is preferred.
  • Good skills in planning, organizing, controlling, and innovating.
  • Has knowledge of project management.
  • Passionate about teaching with the ability to develop and conduct training.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability of writing and speaking in English.
  • Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office, Dynamics etc.
  • Good communication (listening, oral, written and presentation).
  • Good marketing and business oriented.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Be open minded and willing to change.
  • Good teamwork.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 year experience in metal cutting environment or in technical training related to machining processes

Education

Mechanical Engineering Degree or above
