The HR Officer is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to employees. The incumbent will work towards implementing HR initiatives to drive Ingredion values & embed an inclusive company culture through various employee engagement activities. HR Officer will proactively work towards employee wellbeing and provide support in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Organizational Development.

What you will do:

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Manage end‑to‑end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, probation evaluation, and exits.
  • Collect required documentation, create personal files, coordinate logistics for HRBP‑led orientation, prepare organizational announcements, and assign functional buddies.
  • Ensure new employees receive clear guidance on HR processes and required assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, timelines, and documentation for probation evaluations.
  • Maintain a smooth and consistent onboarding experience that supports employee integration.

Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Create timely requisitions and job postings, follow up on approvals, and track open roles, contract expiries, and renewals.
  • Maintain hiring trackers, raise requisitions, and update the JD bank.
  • Provide Talent Acquisition support to HRBPs, including interview scheduling, initial screening, and support for university visits/walk‑in interviews where applicable.

HR Operations & Initiatives

  • Coordinate with HR Operations and relevant HR teams to ensure timely submission of HR reports and support the execution of key HR processes (Employee Engagement Surveys, Goal Setting, Annual Performance Reviews, etc.).
  • Support development and delivery of action plans based on employee feedback surveys; track progress and timelines against improvement goals.
  • Lead and organize employee engagement initiatives, including team connect sessions and leadership interactions, to enhance overall employee experience.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management Sciences
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
