Provide a high level of technical - aftermarket support to the Distributor including Direct Drive, Truck and Trailer sections of the Carrier portfolio to the service network in Central Asia, to distributors, body builders and key accounts. The position is covering 8 Countries.
Developing the Direct Drive, Truck, Trailer product knowledge trough a dedicated face to face trainings on legacy products, field visits, implementing Carrier standards, best practices. Reporting quality issues, supporting problem solving activities with our factories.
Managing warranty process, controlling distributors warranty costs, organizing audits using Carrier ACE tool, proposing correction / optimization plan.
Compliance:
Respect of the EH&S rules and policies
Ensure compliance, be an example using Code of Ethics on daily base
Ensure ITC rules.
