The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is an experienced professional in the HR department, specializing in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. This role involves advanced recruitment strategies, stakeholder management, and leading initiatives to improve recruitment processes. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner works closely with senior management to understand strategic staffing needs, provides insights into the labor market, and ensures a strong employer brand presence. This position requires strong networking skills, in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing
• Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and databases to manage candidate information and track progress
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
Recruitment Strategy
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Develop job descriptions and job postings to attract top talent
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Candidate Experience
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or questions
Employer Branding
• Promote the company's employer brand in all recruitment efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to attract top talent
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
• Create and distribute marketing materials to showcase the company's culture and values

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field with at least 4 years’ experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal abilities to build relationships with both candidates and internal team members.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pay close attention to the details of job descriptions and candidate qualifications.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
