This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles (West Hollywood) and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What’s so interesting about this role?

We are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Executive to join our team. This role is all about building relationships, crafting innovative solutions, and driving our brand forward in new and exciting ways. This position is instrumental in breaking into new verticals and markets, leveraging expertise to establish strong partnerships across various industries.

This isn’t a typical sales role, but one where the work will be central to all our marketing efforts. Creating compelling narratives and working with highly talented cross-functional partners to further establish our brand in the global market. At the forefront of efforts to build trust and reliability with new clients, this role requires the ability to think outside the box and adapt to new challenges. Things change quickly here, and this role will require someone who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

What’s the job?  

  • Customize solutions for clients by thinking through problems and suggesting innovative, outside-the-box solutions.
  • Present ideas clearly and compellingly, tailoring presentations to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Develop robust pipeline, category, and territory strategies
  • Drive sales by focusing on media around contextual themes.
  • Build trust by consistently delivering on promises and maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to envision and execute client solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across brands, media studios, record labels, and travel industries.
  • Apply understanding of ad functionalities to promote media content effectively.
  • Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to create engaging posts and promotional material.
  • Develop and utilize templated materials, customizing tone, voice, and structure.

  • Deep understanding of contextual media sales, leveraging contextual themes to drive sales and engagement.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, always delivering on promises and maintaining a high level of integrity in all interactions.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to create and execute effective client solutions.
  • Adept at leveraging social trends to break into new markets, attracting clients that typically wouldn’t advertise on platforms like ours.
  • Solid understanding of ad functionalities and their application in promoting media content effectively.
  • Proficient in developing and utilizing templated materials, customizing tone, voice, and structure to suit different contexts and audiences.
  • Familiar with digital advertising and app environments, bringing a deep understanding of these spaces to the role.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends, constantly seeking new knowledge and insights to enhance skills and effectiveness.

Grindr is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.
