About the team 

The Revenue Operations job family is the critical link between the development and execution of the sales and go-to-market strategy. This team handles a range of tactical and strategic responsibilities, including compensation/incentive plan modeling, sales technology planning, territory structuring and alignment, lead management, process optimization, data modeling, analytics, and reporting.

About the right team member

This role is critical in shaping the future of our sales technology ecosystem by driving the development of our Sales AI roadmap and leading key AI initiatives for Mindbody and ClassPass. The Senior Project Manager of Sales AI Systems will lead innovative AI-driven initiatives prioritized by the Director of Revenue Acceleration and broader AI DACI. This role requires a deep understanding of sales systems and processes, proven experience with Salesforce and related tools, a sharp curiosity and ability to quickly learn, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.

About the role

  • Sales AI Roadmap Development: Lead the design and execution of a Sales AI strategy that enhances automation, predictive analytics, and rep efficiency across the tech stack.
  • Agile Pilots: Quickly pilots innovative solutions, creating clear communication and a path to scale as success is met.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data to measure the success of system implementations and ensure that the ROI is tied meaningfully to prioritized initiatives.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech: Manage the exploration of emerging technologies (AI-first CRM) and pilot innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage.
  • Cross-System Integration: Manage seamless optimization and handoff of systems like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and LeanData to enhance data flow and sales process efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) to ensure system capabilities meet evolving business needs and drive revenue impact.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to streamline sales processes and implement AI-driven solutions for operational improvements and rep enablement.
  • Scalability & Compliance: Ensure systems are future proofed for scale and adhere to regulatory requirements like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving technologies, business needs, and project priorities, ensuring changes are implemented seamlessly within the project plan while minimizing disruption to overall execution

Skills & experience

  • Sales Systems Expertise: 3+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations consulting, with hands-on experience managing Salesforce and sales tech platforms like Salesloft, Gong, and LeanData.
  • AI Experience: Experience with AI-driven technologies (ex. AI agents, predictive analytics, automated lead scoring) and integrating data-driven insights into sales systems.
  • Salesforce Optimization: Strong track record of leading Salesforce enhancements, configuration, and integration at scale, with a focus on business alignment. This is a strategic role, not a Salesforce Admin role that executes day-to-day tasks.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) and manage system changes that drive business outcomes.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: Passion for testing and building - skilled at learning new low-code systems.
