We are seeking a talented and motivated program manager to join our dynamic program team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, proliferation, and adoption of a strategic program for our engineering teams. This role requires a big picture thinker who can drive change and proliferation of a highly visible and cross functional program and product across the company.

What you will do:

  • Plan and manage multiple milestones in a complex and growing program to build skills for engineers
  • Proactively engage stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making
  • Drive alignment and communication with stakeholders with increasing and conflicting demands.
  • Craft and drive program roadmap and bring consensus to your vision
  • Continuously assessing and optimizing workflows and processes to ensure the best experience for all stakeholders
  • Monitor and report out on program progress to business leaders

U.S. Salary Range:

$140,000.00 - $192,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
