Role Purpose
Starr Germany is in the process to launch the Casualty LoB in 2026, with the objective to be ready to actively underwrite and bind renewable business, effective 1/1/27. In addition to the renewable accounts, the Casualty Strategy foresees also to target Construction Single Projects, in conjunction with CAR and SPPI.
In addition to market Starr’s Casualty proposition to our broker partners as per the German go-to-market strategy, the primary focus of the Senior Underwriter is to review the submissions, to analyse the exposures, and to provide proposals and bind in appetite risks as per the Starr UW appetite and the Germany go-to-market strategy.
