About the Role
We are looking for a Design Engineer (VRF Systems) to support the development of air conditioning products, focusing on functional design, system performance, and product quality.
This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are interested in HVAC system design, cost optimization, and product development, with opportunities to grow in both technical and project capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems
Assist in functional design and system performance optimization
Conduct cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives
Support product testing, quality control, and reliability improvement
Work according to development plans and project timelines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and safety standards
Provide support and consultation on product design and development topics
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic understanding of air conditioning systems or HVAC principles is an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and follow project plans
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English
