Meet the team:
Join a passionate and innovative commercial team dedicated to transforming healthcare sales. As Inside Sales
Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our direct-to-consumer and NHS business, with a special focus on
dispensing doctors. We value collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence—making this an

Where you come in:

• You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales
targets across direct-to-customer and NHS channels.
• You design and execute a multi-channel selling strategy for the NHS, with a particular emphasis on
engaging dispensing doctors.
• You manage the sales cycle for direct-to-consumer business, ensuring a seamless customer
experience from initial contact to close.
• You collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Field Sales to deliver cohesive campaigns and
messaging.
• You analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• You drive sales success through robust performance management, setting clear KPIs and fostering
accountability.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, including practice managers and
prescribing clinicians.
• You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and
support.
 

What makes you successful:

•You are an experienced inside sales manager, ideally with healthcare or medical device sector
experience.
• You have a strong understanding of NHS structures and the sales cycle related to dispensing doctors.
• You bring a proven track record of leading teams and driving performance through data-driven
decision-making.
• Your communication and coaching skills are exceptional, enabling you to motivate and develop your
team.
• You are proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally.
• You are results-oriented, with a passion for delivering commercial success.
• (Nice to have) You have experience with multi-channel sales strategies and knowledge of additional
healthcare systems.

Experience and Education Requirements:

•  Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience

• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience

Office based: Office visits will be three times a week.
