How you will do it
1.  Supporting the global compliance organization as part of JC’s compliance function in China, including delivering trainings, communications and regular business counseling.
2.   Participating in designing and implementing in-region anticorruption compliance program.
3.   Partnering with regional operating units in promoting a culture of compliance, focusing on anticorruption , fair competition and risk in engineering projects.
4.   Implementing JC’s policies, procedures, and standards of conduct throughout the region.
5.   Developing effective lines of communication with senior regional and segment management.
6.  Assisting with  internal  investigations and mitigation actions, conducting  periodic  risk assessments and  response  plans, and internal monitoring and auditing.
7.   Responding promptly to detected offenses, including development of corrective actions.
8.  Supporting acquisitions and divestitures with sound risk management principles, including participating in due diligence.
9.  Supporting and coordinating in due diligence of third parties when needed. 
What we look for
•     Bachelor’s degree in finance control, internal audit and law.
•     Demonstrated   practice experience  in  anti-bribery  (FCPA)  counseling  and  enforcement, competition law and similar regulatory regimes.
•     Demonstrated willingness to understand business operations and provide solution-oriented compliance guidance. 
•     Eager to contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in training and communication initiatives
•     Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams and multiple cultures.
•    Strong deck drafting skills would be a plus or admitted to practice in a qualified jurisdiction with a minimum of 5 years practice experience in a national law firm or in-house corporate setting.
