JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE):
- Lead the design, setup, and execution of MCE initiatives targeting HCPs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance goals.
- Implement virtual representative platforms and manage digital engagement tools for product detailing and education.
- Execute e-CME programs on selected platforms to enhance HCP engagement and education.
- Collaborate with the Trade team to identify and realize business opportunities at drug stores.
2. Strategic Alignment:
- Ensure all MCE activities are aligned with brand strategy, performance expectations, and route-to-market plans.
3. KPI Ownership:
- Own and monitor financial KPIs and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs related to MCE initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, multi-channel engagement, or brand strategy within a regulated industry (healthcare or pharma preferred).
Professional Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate brand plans into digital execution.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, virtual engagement tools, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance through digital initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Trade, Marketing, and Sales.
