Job Summary:

Position Overview: The Analyst, Brand Advocate partners with cross-functional teams to optimize brand-focused online customer experiences on Lowes.com through data-driven analysis and disciplined execution. This role supports improvements in online sales, traffic, and conversion by analyzing brand-level performance data and identifying opportunities across assortment, content, promotions, inventory, and returns.

The Analyst builds strong working relationships with stakeholders and contributes to brand growth initiatives by providing accurate reporting, performance insights, and actionable recommendations. This role leverages customer behavior insights and performance data to support strategic plans, improve execution quality, and enhance the overall digital customer experience.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

  • Brand Performance & Analytics Analyze brand-level KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, content engagement, inventory performance, and returns to identify performance trends and opportunity areas.
  • Independently extract and compile performance data using SQL, Excel, and web analytics tools to support brand diagnostics and opportunity identification.
  • Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews, Q&A, and competitive insights to recommend improvements to the online customer experience.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights across the digital channel related to content, product information, assortment gaps, and competitive positioning. • Support optimization of cross-sell, up-sell, and bundling strategies using data-driven analysis.

Strategic Brand Partnership

  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned brand(s) regarding online SKU presentation and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to presentations with supplier and merchandising partners by preparing insights, analysis, and supporting materials.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives by aligning data insights with merchant and supplier priorities.

Operational Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Ensure new and promotional items are optimized by validating data accuracy and monitoring performance.
  • Assist in creating project plans and align with cross-functional teams to drive execution of assortment updates and content enhancements.
  • Identify customer experience improvement opportunities across search, browse, and product content presentation.

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills (Advanced Application)

  • Advanced Excel proficiency ·
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL for data extraction and diagnostics
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable web analytics platforms · Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong KPI development, funnel analysis, and root cause analysis capability Functional Skills

Years of Experience

2+ years in Online/Retail Merchandising, Vendor Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
