Your daily work

• Advise leading Financial Services clients
  You will advise clients across the financial services sector on questions related to operating models, end-to-end processes and product landscapes within Capital Markets and Wealth & Asset Management. You help analyze challenges, structure solutions and support the delivery of impactful transformation initiatives.
• Design innovative and technology-enabled solutions
  You will develop modern process concepts and technology-driven solutions for leading financial institutions. You contribute to shaping future-ready architectures, leveraging digital platforms, analytics, automation and cloud-based capabilities.
• Build expertise across Capital Markets Wealth & Asset Management
  You will apply and expand your knowledge across areas such as wealth and asset management, (post-)trading processes, investment banking and market infrastructure. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full value chain of financial markets.
• Drive front-to-back transformation with cross-functional teams
  You will support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, working closely with diverse project teams and stakeholders. You take responsibility for work packages, contribute to key analyses and help translate strategic ideas into practical solutions.

Who you are

• Master’s degree in economics, (business) informatics, natural sciences or engineering
• 3+ years of (consulting) experience in Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, private banking or broader financial services; experience with project management or team leadership is an asset
• Ideally, knowledge of the Swiss financial market and its regulatory environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high flexibility and willingness to travel as part of client-facing consulting work
