The Risk Transformation Project Senior Lead will be part of the Risk Transformation Execution team. The Risk Transformation Execution team is responsible for timely and accurate execution of Article VI and IX initiatives and provides Program Management support to Article V Data Program. The Risk Transformation team is a global team spread across US, Europe and Asia and comprises of ERM and Data execution, Reporting and Analytics, Strategic Initiatives, and Transformation Control teams.

The Risk Transformation Program Execution Lead is looking for a Project Senior Lead to help coordinate the successful execution of Risk Management’s commitments across Data, Enterprise Risk and Control components of Citi's Transformation.

Initially the primary focus of this role will be to engage with Data stakeholders on various Data related initiatives to focus on approach execution of in-scope Data initiatives, drive execution by flagging and remediating risks  / issues, and escalating to the senior ERM and Data stakeholders as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead discussions with the Data Product and Tech leads to plan and execute deliverables along with agreed dates on the specific project.

  • Lead the identification and drive resolution of Article V issues, working with the dedicated project / program management individuals and other stakeholders .

  • Work with Risk and Data Product leads on scoping / analysis required to meet Data program objectives.

  • Work with the current Project / Program Management teams to support the upliftment in the quality of program reporting, insights and communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.

  • Work with existing Data and Transformation Program Management stakeholders on consistent and prudent approach for various PM related, Metrics, Regulatory communication asks

  • Take responsibility for picking up and delivering discrete pieces of work in a PM capacity working with the Data Product Leads, Risk Transformation Execution leads and Data leads

  • Actively participate and coordinate with the Citi Transformation Program Office on the overall program ensuring Independent Risk Management’s concerns and issues are addressed on a timely basis.

  • Direct the creation of multiple projects of work and manage their alignment to business goals.

  • Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.

What we’ll need from you

  • An individual who is highly experienced in leading complex and large-scale changing initiatives,

  • Experience in working with senior internal and external stakeholders including regulators

  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Technical expert and known internally and externally as reliable, knowledgeable resources

  • Clear understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics.

  • Demonstrated a consistent track record having worked as a Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects.

  • CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Works with Risk Regulatory Issues and drives timely, thorough remediation.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
