Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy and execution, focusing on organizational development, workforce planning, and building leadership capability across the site.
- Act as a trusted business partner to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals and driving measurable business impact.
- Manage labor relations in a union environment, including contract administration, grievance handling, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Drive and support performance management, learning initiatives, and compensation/benefits programs to grow and engage employees.
- Ensure compliance with all employment, labor, and safety regulations, while upholding company policies and standards.
- Champion a strong culture by promoting employee engagement, employer branding, and a proactive, values-driven workplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong background in organizational development and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Hands-on labor relations experience within a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning in a competitive labor market.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive results.
$110,000 - $125,000 Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
