We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead cost management and FP&A activities for our Global Supply Chain, supporting multiple plants and cross-functional disciplines. This role is highly visible and requires strong analytical capabilities, executive-level communication, and the ability to create and enforce financial standards.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do

Cost Management & Product Costing

• Own product cost structure, analysis, and governance across sites
• Establish, enforce, and continuously improve product cost policies and standards
• Provide financial guidance to manufacturing sites to ensure policy alignment and consistency
• Lead and track standard cost savings initiatives and productivity projects
• Ensure cost accuracy and transparency to support operational and strategic decisions

FP&A – Global Supply Chain

• Lead FP&A activities for the entire Global Supply Chain organization, including all plants and supported disciplines
• Own the monthly close reporting package, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness
• Drive forecasting processes and performance tracking
• Lead the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs and aligning with business strategy
• Analyze financial results, identify risks/opportunities, and propose corrective actions

Reporting & Executive Communication

• Extract and analyze data from Snowflake, Power BI, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling)
• Transform complex financial data into clear executive-level insights and recommendations
• Develop standardized reporting formats, dashboards, and procedures
• Strengthen financial visibility and decision-making through structured reporting

Process & Governance

• Design and implement financial policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks
• Build structure where needed and create scalable financial processes
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership
• Ensure discipline in cost reporting and financial controls

What We’re Looking For

• More than 5-8 years of experience in Finance (+2 as Mgr)
• Strong background in Finance, FP&A, and Cost Accounting
• Deep expertise in product costing and financial reporting
• Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Experience using Snowflake and/or Power BI preferred
• Ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights
• Proven ability to create policies, processes, and financial frameworks from scratch
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in complex environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
