What You Will Do:
 

This position will play a critical role in supporting a team for management consulting projects, from project initiation, through analysis, solutions development, implementation, and closeout; projects can span organizational development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, risk management, change management and strategic communications, as well as direct-mission support to federal health clients. This position will support the creation of project deliverables and key work products.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 or more years of professional experience in either consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, project/program management

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)

  • DC metro area preferred and ability to commute to Bethesda, MD on occasion with advanced notice.

  • Experience working at a large consulting firm

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to develop strong team and client relationships

  • Previous Consulting Experience

  • Experience with MS Teams

  • Healthcare or science communications experience
