As an internal Salesperson, you will play a key part in supporting our customers by providing expert advice, processing orders, and assisting with account management. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers
• Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries.
• Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system.
• Aid in servicing existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with pick packing orders and stock take.

Duties and reasonability's:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good computer skills – Knowledge in outlook, excel etc
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
• Knowledge of industrial products (e.g., bearings, power transmission, or related products) is highly desirable but not essential.
