    Essential Job Functions:
    • Support project managers in the execution of projects and adherence to project objectives.
    • Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and objectives.
    • Assist in monitoring project progress and contribute to issue and risk management.
    • Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
    • Assist in the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
    • Show a strong commitment to learning and improving project management skills.
    • Actively engage in training opportunities and knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
    • Proven experience in project and program management
    • Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
    • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

    Other Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
