The Expertise and Skills You Bring

We are looking for individuals with the following expertise and skills

• Proven experience in designing highly scalable customer facing digital applications that consume REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• A consistent track record of designing and building consensus around sophisticated architecture
• Expert knowledge in client-side technologies including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
• Expert knowledge in server-side technologies including Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Has demonstrated experience designing elegant and consumable APIs with technologies including Spring Boot, Java, Open API Specification/REST, and OPA (Open Policy Agent)
• Experience in leading, defining, and implementing API standards for REST and blueprints that align with Enterprise digital experiences
• Experience in defining and implementing internet security for REST APIs using OAuth, OpenID connect, authorization using OPA (Open Policy Agent) policies.
• A security first outlook, with the goal of protecting customer information like it is your own
• Experience in leading, defining and implementing architecture blueprints that align with Enterprise digital experiences across technical standards, policies and procedures
• An expert communicator, able to effectively communicate technical ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
