We’re looking for an analytical Senior Operations Specialist with a strong drive, great social and account management skills, with a passion for learning and readiness to challenge the status quo, to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Croatia.

As a Senior Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance!

You will work on analyzing data, establishing stronger supply management processes, identifying trends, generating insights, finding improvement opportunities & leading local operations projects, while working closely with local/cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make Croatian cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable. </text>

• <point>Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that will impact the ride-hailing operations</point>
• <point>Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations</point>
• <point>Developing and executing strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges</point>
• <point>Collaborating with both local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements</point>

• <point>You have an entrepreneurial mindset and high adaptability to a startup environment</point>
• <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently</point>
