In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Turning business, industry development and customer needs into sales opportunities and proactively identifying and driving new opportunities in baking across Middle East.

· Inspiring your customers with new technologies and concepts (of Novonesis) to develop new business areas.

· Managing commercial projects from idea generation to final stage of implementation, while ensuring our product offerings meet customer, market and industry expectations.

· Establishing and driving accounts in coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. technical service, marketing and supply operations with respect to order handling and accurate demand plans)

· Developing and maintaining close relationships with customers. · Planning & executing price and contract negotiations

· Visiting target markets regular basis, meeting customers, joining trials at bakeries and feeding relevant stakeholders with market data.

Potentially relevant experience:

  • Hold a degree (MSc or MBA) in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a Technical degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
  • Preferable experience with well-known players in the baking ingredients industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Middle East (GCC & Levant) region is essential.
  • ·Demonstrated passion for sales and promotion of technical products.
  • Commercially focused with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create mutually beneficial solutions and maintain good customer relations.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Enjoy working within teams, capable of navigating both internal networks of colleagues and external networks of partners and customers.
  • ·Strong drive and positive mindset.
  • High ability to learn and goal-oriented.
  • Well-organized with a can-do attitude. · Strong teamwork skills for working with global colleagues.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Middle East region
  • · Ability to drive inspirational and convincing dialogues with customers.
  • ·Proficient in IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
