What you bring to SBHG:
A master’s degree or Ph.D. in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university is required.
It must be a California BBS-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Requires two years of direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults. A Valid California Driver's License is preferred.
CPR certification is required and must be obtained from an approved agency (such as the American Red Cross) within 90 days of employment.
How you will make a difference:
This position's primary responsibility is to assist the Clinical Supervisor in the oversight of programing and service delivery. It also serves as a resource for therapists on documentation, performs diagnostic evaluations, and provides therapeutic services.

Division/Program Overview:
These 16-bed facilities are a 24/7 alternative to urgent care or hospitalization for adults with mental health challenges or those who have recently experienced a crisis. The programs provide a safe, homelike setting where individuals can live on-site for a short period while they receive intensive treatment. Clients can get physical and psychological evaluations, counseling, and mental health and case management services. The goal is to help them learn basic living and interpersonal skills and provide assistance with locating permanent housing.
