About the Role:

The Director, Strategic Field Productivity Program and Content Design is responsible for collaborating across our Revenue Enablement team to design, develop and assist in the implementation of onboarding, sales leadership and sales methodology enablement programs at CrowdStrike.  This role will be focused on driving seller productivity through three pillars of structured enablement which are all interrelated:  revamp and re-design sales onboarding to be delivered regionally; develop an approach for sales leadership and manager learning programs; design a comprehensive sales methodology learning program to drive adoption of MEDDPICC throughout the organization. The position will report to the Senior Director, Seller and Leader Productivity. This role will be remote but would also work well in Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX. 

What You’ll Do: Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and ramp time:

  • Transform sales mindsets and skill sets through a combination of onboarding, sales leader and sales methodology programs.

  • Provide feedback to the curriculum design team to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.

  • Assist in content creation and drive consumption/utilization of training.

  • Create and develop necessary supporting assets and processes to increase sales productivity and standardize the sales motion.

Design and maintain a Role-based Sales Onboarding program for SDRs to Strategic Sales:

  • Re-design a global sales enablement onboarding program from structure to content curation across foundational, operational and sales skills to drive time to productivity 

  • Design with outcomes aligned to 30, 60 and 90 day learning objectives post hire, by role

  • Conduct train the trainer with regional Sales Enablement business partners to deliver regionally

Design a Sales Leader and Manager program:

  • With the Sr. Director of Seller and Leader Productivity - design a sales leader/manager enablement program that is rooted in Crowdstrike’s Values and Leadership pillars

  • Think strategically and assess skills required for successful sales leaders to coach and develop sales teams - to drive attainment of Quota, linearity targets and ARR objectives. 

  • Outline and gain agreement with the Learning and Development team on the core competencies which will underpin the program.

Build a Sales Methodology program to drive adoption of MEDDPICC:

  • Bring your understanding of sales methodology and your sales enablement program design skills to create an on-going adoption program of our core sales methodology

  • Blend learning design, knowledge assets, peer-to-peer and group coaching to be delivered globally and regionally

  • Communications of wins and success metrics to ensure consistency of methodology and identify opportunities for improvements in existing training content.

  • Work with internal stakeholders across the customer buying journey to align content

  • Be an advocate for MEDDPICC as the anchor for our Go To Market approach 

  • Help facilitate a regular GTM Council to align programs to this methodology. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree: Bachelor's or Masters’ degree or equivalent experience.

  • Sales Enablement Experience: 5+ years experience in designing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive behavior change and methodology adoption

  • Sales Methodology: Measurable experience leading enablement programs to drive adoption of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks and MEDDPICC.

  • Influencer & Change Agent: A high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities; Comfortable engaging with and communicating at all levels – must be able to conduct needs assessments with sales executive leadership and assess sales skills at an individual level and feedback to managers.

  • Effective time manager, capable of developing the strategy and executing on the tactics and supporting programs, while managing competing priorities. 

  • Superb organizational and project management skills

  • SFDC and Sales Process knowledge; Ability to define sales content to relevant sales phases and activities.

  • Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking and reporting features.

  • A strong learning design mentality - experience designing and rolling out role-based competency program

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $240,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
