We are hiring a Sr. System Developer to join our IT team!
YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
Hands-on coding and development within Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) environment.
Database tuning, index tuning, and SQL performance optimization.
Integration work with EDI for major omni-channel vendors
Migrating NAV to upgraded hardware, including regression testing.
API integration and enhancements for existing systems.
Supporting ongoing NAV projects, including system upgrades from old versions (2015) on legacy servers (Microsoft 2012) to 2016.
Design and develop solutions within a future ERP ecosystem utilizing a DevOps strategy that supports continuous development / continuous integration (CD / CI) for the business
Collaborating with vendor technical teams to define EDI transaction mappings.
Working with business SMEs to define/clarify requirements
Work with business SMEs to test solutions
Problem/issue solving
Root cause analysis
Write technical specification documents based on requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 7+ years related experience
Demonstrated experience with database design, tuning and overall support in Navision modules (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Reporting) including Navision Add-ons.
Top candidates will have experience with tier 1 ERP implementation strategies and solution design experience in software packages
Experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
Demonstrated technical and functional understanding of Microsoft Navision coding standards and database structures
Experience with EDI transactions using Lanham bolt-on for Navision.
Advanced SQL Experience
Experience with SSIS and Insightware (NAV enablement tool for mobile platforms).

Hiring Range: $97,000.00-$140,000.00
Many factor are taken into consideration in determining pay, including education and location.
