TRYP by Wyndham, part of the global Travel + Leisure Co. family, is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse, high-energy hospitality offering.

In this role, you’ll oversee the acclaimed Mamasita Mexican restaurant and bar, our vibrant all-day dining café, and play a pivotal role in launching our conference and events offering in the coming months. This is a rare opportunity to lead across multiple venues, shape the guest experience, and make your mark in Adelaide’s buzzing food and event scene.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of Mamasita, the café, and all F&B outlets
• Drive team performance and deliver exceptional service standards across all venues
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to innovate menus and guest experiences
• Develop SOPs and strategies for the successful launch of conferencing and event services
• Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships with a focus on quality and profitability
• Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and launch strategic promotions that drive revenue for Food and Beverage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in F&B management across multiple venues
• Confident leadership with a hands-on, people-first approach
• Strong understanding of Adelaide’s hospitality scene
• Experience in launching or managing events and conferencing is a big plus
• Excellent operational, communication, and team-building skills
