How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor Licensing Fashion & Home role is responsible for giving support to the Fashion Manager in Mexico by coordinating several markets and licensee base, to grow Mexico’s Fashion licensing business through massive market initiatives, projects and contracts within the fashion industry and developing consumer products programs in connection with content, retail and marketing events.

The Supervisor, Licensing Fashion & Home will be responsible for:

  • Support category manager with licensee portfolio (contracts, amendment process, approvals, marketing/advertising, presentation decks and other projects as necessary). 
  • Help develop decks for both internal and external presentations.
  • Support brand marketing initiatives including the development and execution of plans.
  • Support management with general day-to-day responsibilities, new initiatives and projects. 
  • Collect selling reports from licensees and provide monthly highlights as needed.
  • Maintain understanding of licensee contracts, retail placements and keep legal files up to date. 
  • Prepare frequent round ups for the internal team highlighting the latest in the world of marketing, branding and fashion.
  • Proactive contact with internal and external clients.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial areas, Marketing, Business innovation or related field.
  • 2-3 years at product management, licensing or commercialization areas.
  • Preferred Industries: Footwear, Fashion, Home, Licensing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PP, Word is required.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • Full capabilities in administration & control, good verbal and communication skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, versatile, positive and with proactive and change driven attitude.
