The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

 

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Treasury Analyst – Bank Relations role will make an impact: 

• User management, query resolution and administration of users in various online banking platforms

• Coordination and precise documentation of bank account openings, closing and modifications

• Resolving general queries for entities/bank accounts in scope

• Management of bank account mandates for EMEA & NAM entities including coordination of bank account signatory changes and associated bank account documentation

• Liaise with the local core treasury team and accounting teams resolve GIS treasury related items

• Provide guidance, training and support on treasury related matters to other departments and subsidiaries

• Liaise with internal and external audit personnel

• Support and documentation of KYC processes

• Assist Sr. Treasury Manager and Treasury Assistant Manager with project work and process improvement initiatives

• General administration

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

• Bachelor’s degree is a requirement (Finance or Business is preferred)

• Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a treasury role within a large multinational essential

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required

• Experience with user management on banking platforms is preferred

• Highly proficient with Excel

• Problem solving and query resolution skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

• Ability to recognize further opportunities for process improvements
